Our Legal Fees for Civil Litigation Cases

Stage 1 – Taking initial instructions and drafting the letter before claim – £500 - £750 plus VAT
 
Stage 2 – If the debtor responds, we will work on the basis of our hourly rate fee in seeking to negotiate a settlement, or if necessary we can consider a fixed fee arrangements that is commercially viable to you. 
 
Stage 3 – Drafting claim form/particulars and issuing Court proceedings - We will advise you on the merits of your claim at the outset
 
The below table illustrates our legal fees together with the disbursements namely the Court for issuing the claim. 
The court fee is based on the amount you’re claiming, plus interest.
